a. Recent passport size photograph (00kb - 100kb)

b. Scanned copy of Signature (10kb - 100kb)

c. Scanned copy of ID proof (Adhaar) (10kb - 100kb)

3. If you find any discrepancies in you Name, Fathers Name, Enrollment No, etc. report the same on 7980636764
